‼️‼️GRAND REFLECTION DAY (1/12/2023) ANNOUNCEMENT‼️‼️

This information is regarding the annual meeting of IMS with ALL Lecturer & ALL students to participate in this meeting that will be held for the first time.

DATE:  FRIDAY (1/12/23),

TIME: 11am-1pm 

ALL STUDENTS, are COMPULSORY to join the meeting. as it will replacing your mentoring session. 

⚜️ Mentor leader please do notes with your group mentoring ⚜️

⚜️ *AIM of the meeting:*⚜️ 

This to ensure ALL students, IMS staff and lecturer will have a very brief update and we can share any info regarding each posting. This is also one of the stages to build a  good system of communication between students and the management.

 ⚜️ *TARGET OF THE MEET:* ⚜️

1. ALL STUDENTS of year 4 OCT batch23/24

2. ALL Lecturers of year 4

3. ALL IMS staff

How is it conducted in general?

• There will be one Spokesperson to be selected from Every group posting to talk about anything they want to share about their current rotation/posting. 

• Each spokesperson will be given 5-10min to talk regarding ur posting briefly.

• The spokesperson could be anyone from their subgroup members.

• After all of the representatives students have given their talk, then the lecturers and staff will make their turn to speak.

• This will be held in Lecture theater. Any updates will be informed later.

⚜️ MANAGING TEAM ARE REQUIRED ⚜️

In order for this event to run smoothly, we are requiring a group of students  that will be selected, to manage this event and make it as a whole systematic team for the next upcoming meeting as well.
